Today, Christianity is growing a much more rapid pace

than most people in the United States imagine. That phenomenal

expansion of Christianity has been accompanied by a notable shift

in church dynamics. Beyond the borders of western Christianity, an apostolic

infrastructure lies at the core of most churches and ministries.

While some people would hesitate to identify themselves

as contemporary apostles, many Christian leaders are

functioning under an apostolic paradigm. As such, they are apostolic,

whether they admit it or not.

C.T.T.M. Ministries International has been used of God on a global scale.

Our ministry has been sent to numerous countries around the world to

establish and expand the body of Christ. Dr. Phil has traveled extensively with

Apostle John Kelly, assisting him in extending the boundaries of

God's Kingdom. He has also co-authored a book with Dr. Kelly and is

currently working on a series of books that will provide tremendous insight into

the growing concern for marketplace ministry.

Initially, Dr. Byler founded C.T.T.M. as an extension

ministry of Bethesda Church in Hinesville, Georgia where

he was the Senior Pastor. He become a member of the International

Coalition of Apostles in March of 2002, embracing his apostolic calling

and extending his operations beyond the local church. He was commissioned

as an apostle in January of 2004, and in October of that year

released the oversight of Bethesda Church to his son, Dr. Timothy Byler.

C.T.T.M. Ministries continued to function as an extension ministry of Bethesda Church

until 2006. It was incorporated as a non-profit religious corporation early

that year. Today, C.T.T.M. Ministries continues to function in much the same way

it did then, providing coaching, teaching, training, and mentoring to pastors,

ministry leaders, emerging apostles, and churches.

First ordained to the Gospel Ministry in 1972, he served

numerous churches as their pastor and overseer across

thirty-three years. Each of these assignments moved him closer to the

insights and responsibilities he carries today.

The Bylers travel extensively, conducting workshops and seminars,

coaching and mentoring Christian leaders, teaching and training

and building up the body of Christ. Dr. Phil offers a

church consultation service, based on his longevity and diversity of ministry

experience. As a consultant, he brings significant expertise to the table

to assist church leadership in locating weak and troubled areas of ministry development

and developing strategies to overcome them.

Dr. Phil is also an accomplished author, having numerous books and articles

in publication. He also provides a monthly teaching letter to those who desire to receive it, along with an occasional blog at  http://philipbyler.blogspot.com.
